CARBOTEK is a privatly held company located in Nördlingen, Germany. The company is managed by Florian Koch, who holds a Diploma Degree in Informatics (FH) and an MBA in General Management. Florian became general manager of Ankerbräu in 2004. In the early working days he started with a brewer apprenticeship. He is shareholder and member of the owner family from Ankerbräu and CARBOTEK.
